The main task of the trade Union Committee: social protection of Union members

A guarantor of social and labor rights of employees is the collective agreement, which was adopted in 2015 and is signed for 2015 - 2018 (3 years).

WHAT IS A UNION?

The Union is a voluntary public Association of citizens bound by common production, professional interests by the nature of their work, created in order to represent and protect their socio-labour rights and interests. (Federal Law dated 12 January 1996 No. 10 – FZ "On trade unions, their rights and guarantees of activity")

  • Forms the basic requirements for the head!
  • Contributes to the growth of wages!
  • Carries out representation of interests in court!
  • Legally supports and protects!

Why a trade Union to be beneficial?

First of all, entering into a Union, the workers want to protect their labor rights, to fight for the observance of labor legislation.

Trade Union organization, the authority to act on behalf of employees. There is a trade Union organization under a collective agreement, it is possible to control the observance of the rights and guarantees of employees! There is a trade Union organization — there is a possibility of protection of social guarantees in the implementation of the right to work! There is a trade Union organization — have the opportunity to help and support colleagues! There is a trade Union organization — have the opportunity to obtain free legal advice, to make complaints and statements on all matters relating to the protection of the rights of workers!

The Union today is the only public organization with legislative authority to represent and protect the rights of workers.

Only a Union member has the right to expect:

  • Assistance to trade Union organizations in case of violation by the employer of the employment contract;
  • Assistance in addressing issues related to health, compensation of damages caused to health in the performance of job duties;
  • Free advice on economic, legal, and medical issues.
