3. About the list of the documents shown for participation in individual selection trained
- Statement in any form, indicating the following information:
- a surname, a name, a patronymic (the last - in the presence) trained;
- date and place of birth of the student;
- a surname, a name, a patronymic (the last - in the presence) of parents (legal representatives) trained;
- contact numbers of parents (legal representatives) of the student (if available);
- a class with in-depth study of individual subjects for admission or transfer, in which the individual selection of students.
4. About term, time and the place of submission of documents for participation in individual selection trained – no later than 3 working days before the beginning of entrance test
5. On the timing, form and evaluation criteria of the entrance test. The entrance test is evaluated in points. Coded lists with the results are posted on the website of the gymnasium no later than 10 days from the date of the work. Evaluation criteria and examination papers are at the Chairman of the subject Committee. Protocols are transferred to the selection Committee no later than 8 working days from the date of work.
6. About the rules of giving and consideration of appeals on the procedure and (or) the results of individual selection of students. The appeal on procedure is submitted in day of writing of examination to the Chairman of the conflict Commission or the head of a gymnasium. The appeal on results is submitted to the conflict Commission no later than 11 days from the date of work
7. On the term of enrollment of students in class with advanced study of individual subjects according to their individual selection of students. Enrollment is carried out in accordance with the decision of the selection Committee within 3 working days.
8. In addition, the website of the gymnasium can contain information about changes made to the procedure of organization of individual selection in classes with in-depth study of individual subjects.
