Dear students!
Draw Your attention to what is approaching the most important period in the educational life of many of you – the period of final testing. Final exams mark the end of your school life and give you the ticket to reach new heights!
However, I draw your attention that the Order of delivery of unified state examination quite strict. There are certain restrictions and prohibitions established by law.
Thus, in accordance with clause 45 of the order of carrying out the state total attestation on educational programs of secondary General education, approved by Ministry of education and science of Russia 26.12.2013 No. 1400 on the day of the exam (in the period from the date of entry into TPP until the end of the exam) to PPE is prohibited:
- students, graduates of past years - to have a means of communication, electronic computer technique, photo, audio and video equipment, reference materials, written notes and other means of storing and transferring information;
- students, alumni, to be removed from classrooms and PPE exam materials on paper or electronic media, to photograph exam materials.
These prohibitions also apply to graduates of the 9th grade (p. 42 Order of carrying out the state total attestation on educational programs of the basic General education, approved by Ministry of education and science of 25.12.2013 No. 1394).
I draw your attention that the person committed a violation of the established procedure of the DPA, removed from the exam.
In addition, the above-mentioned violations against students under 16 years of age will be instituted administrative proceedings under part 4 of article 19.30 of the Russian code of administrative offences – "violation of the legislation on education of the procedure for the state final examination".
For this administrative offence is a fine of from three thousand to five thousand roubles.
Dear students, do not allow violations of the Order of the final certification!
