Autumn and winter in our region is often accompanied by unstable temperature in the daytime and at night, increasing winds and rainfall.
As a consequence the frequent changes of weather conditions for adults and children during this period defeated by the incidence of viral infections, Flu etc.
To reduce the incidence of respiratory diseases, Ministry of health of the Russian Federation and the Astrakhan region organized a campaign for immunization.
With this objective in polyclinics of the city and region to the population are vaccinated.
Vaccination is also implemented in educational institutions.
Explain that in accordance with part 1 and part 2 of article 20 of the Federal law of the Russian Federation of 21.11.2011 № 323-FZ "About bases of health protection of citizens in the Russian Federation" the prerequisite of medical intervention is to provide informed voluntary consent of the citizen or his legal representative to medical intervention based on the medical worker in an accessible form complete information on the objectives, methods of medical care, associated risks, possible options for medical intervention, its consequences, and also about the likely outcomes of medical care.
Informed voluntary consent to medical intervention gives one of the parents or another legal representative in respect of a person under the age of 15 years.
According to part 2 of article 54 of Law No. 323-FZ, which regulates the rights of minors in health care minors over the age of fifteen years have the right to informed voluntary consent to medical intervention or to refuse it in accordance with this Federal law.
Thus, I draw your attention that vaccination should be preceded by consultation with the doctor. A prerequisite for vaccination is a written consent from a teenager under the age of 15 years, or the legal representative of a child under the age of 15 years.
